ORDER AND DELIVERY

Your goods will normally be delivered within 1-4 working days from the time your order has been confirmed and with the delivery method you have chosen (you can now choose goods letter with Post Nord, DHL representative and Bud bee home delivery). Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, except for national holiday. If you have chosen delivery via Bud bee, you can also receive delivery on Sundays in larger cities. For larger sales campaigns, delivery time may increase slightly.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, notify customer service at info@zarella.uk and we will resend the confirmation. The order confirmation is valid as a receipt when returning to the store.

 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND NOTIFICATION

When the goods are shipped from our e-commerce warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. In that email you will find instructions how to track your package. Delivery to DHL delivery point is notified by SMS. Bud bee SMS: information on delivery time for your package.

 

PARTIAL DELIVERY

Zarella does not use partial deliveries if one or more products cannot be delivered. Instead, the products that can be delivered will be delivered and the products that we cannot deliver are cleared from your order.

 

FREIGHT

Right now we offer free shipping on purchases over 29 GBP when you choose Goods Letter Post Nord or DHL representative. Returns are free. Read more about returns and exchanges here.

 

UNRETREIVED PACKAGES

A package that is not collected within 14 days is automatically sent back to Zarella e-commerce warehouse. If you do not pick up your package, you will have to pay a handling fee for unlocked packages totaling 15 GBP. This handling cost corresponds to the shipping costs and administrative handling that has caused us to send out your order package and received it in return to our e-commerce warehouse.

DELIVERY

The carrier is responsible for your package when it has left our warehouse. If the package is incorrect, please contact the carrier directly.
