You normally choose the desired payment option when you complete your purchase at checkout. Klarna reserves the amount of the order on card purchases until the order is packed and sent from the warehouse. For invoice purchases the invoice is sent to the email address you specified in the purchase process, once warehouse has packed your goods and mailed your order. Should a product be missing when you receive your order, the cost of the invoice sent out and the reservation made on your account will be regulated. For returns, customer service will adjust / cancel the invoice or return funds to your card via Klarna. It may take 2-3 business days for your invoice to be adjusted.
