TERMS OF CONDITION

 

  • The terms and condition apply when you as a customer place an order for Zarella on the Zarella online shop, Zarella.uk. By ordering you accept the terms and conditions.

 

  • uk don’t process debit purchases, credit or purchases by invoice from individuals under 18 years of age at. Zarella.uk only distributes only orders within United Kingdom.

 

  • Purchase agreements are only entered into when Zarella confirms our order in writing (order confirmation). An order can only be confirmed if Zarella can determine your home address. Zarella will not do partial deliveries if one or more products in the order cannot be delivered. Instead the, products that can be delivered and the products we cannot deliver are cleared from your order.

 

  • Zarella will send you an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours, please contact Zarella customer service.

 

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you are submitting is accurate and complete. You are responsible for incorrectly completed information and Zarella will not be responsible if the information is intentionally incorrect.

 

  • You are responsible and ensure that no one else than you will use your login information. You must not disclose the username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that the user name and password information document is kept in such a way that the unauthorized person cannot access the information. You must immediately notify Zarella if it is suspected that unauthorized people know your password.

 

  • If Zarella suspects that you are abusing your user account or login credentials or otherwise violates the Terms & Conditions, Zarella has the right to suspend you. Zarella also has the right to assign you new login information for whatever reason.

 

  • When ordering through the web shop, the prices stated on the web shop apply at the time of ordering. Zarella will not be responsible for any changes in price and printing errors. All prices are stated in Sterling Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Prices are quoted excluding delivery and payment fees. Applicable charges for delivery and payment fees are stated on the checkout page at Zarella.uk. Zarella reserves the right to cancel orders if orders have been affected by any technical errors.

 

  • The highest order amount per order will be handled through Klarna, which does a credit check. Contact Klarna directly for more information.

 

  • Products that are in stock are normally delivered within 1-3 working das from order confirmation. Zarella is not liable for damage as a result of exceeding the notified delivery time.

 

  • You can pay for your order through various alternatives offered by Klarna in Klarna Checkout. Read more about our payment methods here

 

  • You can redeem your package even 14 days from notification. For packages that you have not collected, Zarella is entitled to charge a fee of 15 GBP for the costs that the expedition caused Zarella.

 

  • Zarella offers 30 days exchange right for unused goods from the day you received the goods. The item should be returned unused, goods from the day you received the goods.   • Refunds of amounts of returned goods will be made within 30 days of receiving the goods at Zarella warehouse. When returning part of orders, invoice fees are not refunded because they are the same no matter how many items you purchased. Zarella has the right to refuse return of an item if it turns out that the item is unused, is in damaged condition, where labels / price tags are removed and / or the item lacks hygiene protection.

 

  • When returning goods to Zarella e-commerce warehouse, the enclosed return label must be pasted on the package and the enclosed return form filled in inside the original packaging. Leave the return with the mail or post office of whom you picked up the package.

 

  • If you have any complaints send your item to Zarella e-commerce warehouse after contacting our customer service. A prepaid return address tag can be obtained from Zarella customer service. If this address tag is used, Zarella stands for the shipping costs arising from a justified complaint.

 

  • For justified complaints, you can choose whether you want the money back or a replacement delivery (if the product is in stock). Refunds and reimbursement on deliveries are made within 30 days. Replacement delivery from Zarella takes place at no cost for you. Zarella reserves the right not to replace the item with a new one at the end of stock.

 

  • Zarella reserves itself for any image or print errors on Zarella.uk and on its subpages. Zarella holds all rights to the content on Zarella.uk. Any publication, reissue, distribution of the content from Zarella.uk must not be done without Zarella written consent.

 

  • Zarella complies with the General Board’s guidelines and decisions on complaints.

 

  • Zarella is responsible for the personal data that you submit to Zarella or which Zarella receives when you register as a customer. The information is used for assessing, signing and executing orders and for managing the customer relationship including targeted marketing activities arranged by Zarella, collection of outstanding payments, fraud prevention and to fulfill obligations under the law.   • UK law shall apply to these terms and conditions. If a dispute is settled by the General Complaints Board, Zarella will follow the board’s decision.
